April 8, 2024: PNB Housing Finance revealed the growth of its distribution network to 300 branches throughout India. PNB Housing Finance has increased its footprint in over 150 distinct cities to meet the varied requirements of customers. The company provides various products including personal home loans, retail property loans, retail commercial property loans, and fixed deposits to salaried and self-employed individuals.

In just four months of FY24, PNB Housing Finance expanded its branch network by 100, bringing the total to 300. It provides customized financial services via 90 branches specifically for Prime home loan clients and 160 branches for the affordable housing segment Roshni. Additionally, the company has expanded into the 'Emerging Markets' category to take advantage of opportunities in the lucrative customer segment by opening 50 branches in specific regions.
